This week's spotlight is on Dan Connery.

He is 38 years old and currently resides in St. Albans, WV.

His hobbies are working out, collecting mementos for his albums.

The something he hopes to do before he dies is a back handspring.

The someone he hopes to meet is the man of his dreams

He is a Pisces.

His favorite place to eat is his parents'. His favorite place to vacation is the beach. Any place involving the sun, sand, and water.

He is currently an administrative assistant, yoga instructor, and artist but aspires to be a full-time artist or revive his career in visual merchandising.

The person who has impact his life the most is his aunt Violet. She was the perfect amalgam of compassion, talent, strength, and humility.

A few of his closest friends are Phil - his absolute best friend. He says he has very few close friends but those that are, are of the highest quality.

The last book he read was Isherwood's "A Single Man," and he is currently reading "White's City Boy" and after that he will begin Beirerle's "The Winter of our Discotheque."

His theme song would have to be "I'm Alive" by Seal.

The thing that he thinks would make the world a better place to live in is if everyone truly treated others as they would themselves and if everyone would quit taking everything so seriously.

If he had two wishes they would be 1.) That everyone could find true love without condition   2.) that he would find the perfect pair of brown combat boots.
