My name is Seth Lowe. I just moved to Parkersburg after living in Elizabeth for the past 23 years. Pretty much my entire life. I moved here to be closer to work and and friends. Though I have only lived here, with my cousin, for about a month now, I will soon be looking to move out of state sometime this summer. I have a degree in Print Journalism and would like to advance myself in my career. So, I have decided to take my degree and talents to a big city.
